Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates in New Jersey seeks a Registered Dietitian for a busy SAR/LTC facility. Part-time or full-time roles with excellent salary and benefits.

You will perform nutritional assessments, educate residents and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health and quality of life in long-term care settings. LTC and EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian certification or RD eligibility required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Experience in LTC and EMR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform nutritional assessments and ongoing evaluation of the plan of care for each resident.
• Participate in IDCP care conferences as needed.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health and well-being.
• Demonstrates ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must be a Registered Dietitian or RD eligible.
• Candidate must possess organizational skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in LTC and EMR preferred
