Job summary

Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Syracuse is seeking a Registered Dietitian to ensure residents receive optimal nutrition and care.

You will plan individualized nutrition programs, document assessments, collaborate with the care team, and educate residents and families to promote health and wellness.

Qualifications

• New York State Registered Dietitian certification.
• Rehab experience is a plus, but not required.
