Medical Nutrition Therapy Associates, LLC is seeking a Part Time or Full time Registered Dietitian for a busy SAR/LTC facility, with an excellent salary and benefits package. Qualifications

• Candidate must be a Registered Dietitian or RD eligible.
• Must possess organizational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in LTC and EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutritional assessments and evaluate the plan of care for each resident.
• Participate in IDCP care conferences as needed.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents’ health and well-being.
• Demonstrate the ability to work as a cooperative team member.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
