Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility. Join a team dedicated to quality patient care with flexible Monday–Friday scheduling and meaningful community impact.

You will assess residents’ nutrition needs, develop care plans, provide education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration and licensed in the state of practice.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; positive attitude.
• Driver's license if multi-site RD; COVID-19 vaccination policy as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plans in EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: USD $36.00 - USD $44.00 /Hr.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop and document the plan within the electronic medical record.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care that improves residents‘/patients’ overall health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, and as desired.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. **Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred, but not required).Strong organizational and communication skills.Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers.If multi-site registered dietitian, must have valid Driver‘s License**RD-Eligible and provisional state licensure accepted in certain locations
