Job summary

LifeWorks Restaurant Group seeks a credentialed Registered Dietitian to support a corporate client in Beaverton, OR. You will design balanced, performance-focused menus in collaboration with culinary teams and lead wellness programs with individualized recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with coursework accredited or approved by the nutrition and dietetics agencies
• Formal eligibility to practice dietetics in the applicable geographic location
• Ability to maintain friendly, efficient customer service with clients and co-workers
• Earn and maintain applicable certifications, registrations, licenses, credentials, and CE requirements

Responsibilities

• Plans menus in accordance with Aramark guidelines.
• Visits school cafes on a regular basis.
• Supports menu production, recipe development, and foodservice standards.
• Supports nutrient analysis for all food items served.
• Educates clients and consumers about healthy food choices through training and outreach.
• Assists with new employee training.
• Ensures delivery of quality food services with management and supervisors

Job Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous relevant working experience preferred
• Requires a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution with course work accredited or approved by the appropriate nutrition and dietetics agencies
• Earn and maintain applicable certifications, registrations, licenses, credentials, and continuing education requirements by the appropriate accredited local agencies
• Formal eligibility to practice dietetics in geographic location where applicable
• Ability to maintain a friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers
• Ability to maintain a contagious and positive work ethic and inspire others
