Job summary

Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide clinical nutrition services in long-term care/rehabilitation settings. This is a part-time opportunity for approximately 27 hours/week. For the right candidate, we would consider splitting the position into two separate opportunities: one at 11 hours per week and the other at 16 hours per week.

A hybrid work arrangement may be considered based on facility needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian credential required.
• Active state licensure or certification required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Geriatric or long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and documentation.
• Complete MDS assessments and care plans.
• Monitor weights and nutrition risk.
• Participate in nutrition at-risk meetings.
• Perform meal rounds and sanitation audits.
• Onsite visits completed during weekdays.
