Position Summary
The Nutritionist / Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) provides comprehensive nutrition assessment, counseling, and medical nutrition therapy toprimary care adult and pediatric patients as well as individuals enrolled in theRyan White HIV/AIDS Program within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). Working as part of an interdisciplinary, team-based care model, the RDN supports disease prevention and management, HIV care, maternal and child health, and overall wellness for underserved populations. This role emphasizes culturally responsive, patient-centered care and addresses nutrition-related social determinants of health to improve access, engagement, and health outcomes.
