Aria Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Dietitian to oversee nutrition planning for three facilities and support resident care plans. The dietitian will work with the Regional Dietitian to plan meals, charting, staff inservice, and attend care plan meetings as needed.

Responsibilities include education for staff and families, menu planning, counseling, and ensuring accurate nutrition documentation. Must hold Wisconsin RD license and maintain confidentiality of patient records.

Dietician Job Overview:
