• Completes nutritional observations/reviews, MDS, CAAs and care plans under supervision of the Registered Dietitian.
• Completes progress notes and documents nutrition-related data for residents.
• Visits residents to evaluate nutritional interventions and update preferences and intake.
• Reviews weight records and communicates variances to the interdisciplinary team.
