• Co-develop care plans with the dentist and present findings.
• Maintain proper sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Record accurate clinical notes in digital software.
• Offer additional services (fluoride, whitening, sealants) when appropriate.
• Participate in morning huddles and team training.
• Help build trust with anxious patients — we’re here to make them comfortable.
