Pay

• $45 - $60 per hour

Compensation: $45/hour plus production pay with no upper-limit

Paid Time Off: 14 days annually, including federal holidays

Shift & Schedule

Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off, promoting excellent work-life balance.

Requirements

• License & Certification: Licensed dental hygienist, X-ray / Radiography Certification
• Software Experience: Open Dental
• Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental hygienist with 2+ years of practice

Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

Ability to provide direct patient care with attention to detail and empathy.

Experience operating dental imaging equipment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Commitment to professional growth and continuing education.

Preferences

• 1–15 years of dental hygiene experience across a variety of clinical settings.
• Fluency in Spanish to enhance patient communication and care.
