Job summary

Centric Prime Inc is seeking two Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs) for a well-established practice in the Cleveland & Willoughby, Ohio area. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with a 4-day workweek and hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon–Thu) and 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Fri).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.

• Conduct oral health assessments and periodontal charting.

• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as appropriate.

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.

• Review and update patient medical and dental histories.

• Maintain accurate electronic dental records.

• Follow OSHA and CDC infection control guidelines.

• Collaborate with the dentist to develop and implement patient treatment plans.

• Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a professional and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• ActiveOhio Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)license.

• Local anesthesia certification or willingness to obtain it (the practice will cover the certification cost if needed).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Passion for preventive dentistry and providing outstanding patient care.
