On Pointe Dentistry in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. Join a practice focused on high-quality preventive care and patient education within a collaborative environment.

The hygiene schedule includes single-column hygiene time with 60-minute recall appointments and 90-minute SRP appointments, allowing thorough, patient-centered care and meaningful patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
• Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing.
• Complete periodontal charting and assess patients' periodontal health using CareStack.
• Take diagnostic radiographs using Nomad imaging equipment.
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and recommended treatment.
• Identify clinical concerns and communicate findings to the dentist.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the dentist, dental assistants, and front office team.

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – On Pointe Dentistry

Location: 750 E Thunderbird Rd, Suite 4, Phoenix, AZ 85022
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Lunch: 1-hour unpaid break
Compensation: $50–$55/hour, based on experience
Practice: General Dentistry
Patient Mix: PPO & Fee-for-Service
Hygiene Schedule: Single column, 60-minute recall/prophy appointments and 90-minute scaling and root planing (SRP) appointments

• Active Dental Hygiene License in Phoenix, AZ

• Local Anesthesia Certification (if applicable by state)

• Current CPR/BLS Certification

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Commitment to quality patient care

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred

• Experience with assisted hygiene models
• Laser Certification

• Experience in PPO and Fee-for-Service environments

• Experience with periodontal therapy

• Experience with patient education and treatment acceptance

• Bilingual skills
