Job summary

Harrisonburg Dental Associates is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join our patient-focused private practice. You will work with the dentist and clinical team to deliver exceptional care, with autonomy in clinical decisions in a supportive environment.

We offer base pay of 55-60 USD per hour, a health insurance eligibility after 90 days, CE and CPR budget, an RDH Hygiene Advocate, and opportunities for growth, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current state license in Dental Hygiene and certification from an accredited dental hygiene school.
• Knowledge of dental charting software and digital x-rays and able to learn new programs as necessary.
• Commitment to providing exceptional service, support, and education to patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in collaboration with the dentist and clinical team.
• Assist in procedures and maintain a high standard of infection control.
• Utilize Open Dental and digital x-rays to support diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Hours: 8-5 Mon, Wed, and Thurs; 7-5 Tues; (1-2 Fridays/mo. instead of Mondays).

Benefits:

• Competitive pay based on experience. Base wage is guaranteed with an uncapped earning potential. 30% of Net production or base wage, whichever is higher, will be automatically paid out.
