Complete Smiles in West Jordan, Utah, is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our established family practice. You will provide preventive and periodontal care, helping patients achieve excellent oral health within a supportive, patient-focused team.

We offer a four-day work week (Mon–Thu), Open Dental software, continuing education support, dental benefits, and paid time off, with competitive compensation ($49–$50 per hour) based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in Utah.
• Local anesthesia certification required.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental hygiene appointments including prophylaxis and periodontal therapy.
• Conduct oral health assessments and screen for periodontal disease and other oral conditions.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
• Administer local anesthesia as permitted by state regulations.
• Accurately document clinical findings and treatment in Open Dental.
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
