ProGrin Dental seeks an energetic Dental Hygienist to join a team-focused practice in Simpsonville, SC. Start at $45/hour with potential to earn up to $65/hour plus bonuses, reflecting performance and productivity.

You will perform cleanings, periodontal assessments, radiographs, fluoride applications, and patient education while collaborating closely with the dental team. We value growth, mentorship, and a fun culture that supports your career development and work–life balance.

Qualifications

• Requires ADA-accredited dental hygiene degree and state licensure.
• CPR certification is required; clinical hygiene experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough dental cleanings including scaling and root planing.
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and chart findings.
• Take and process radiographs as required.
• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Assist the dentist in identifying and documenting potential areas of concern.

What You'll Do:

• Perform thorough dental cleaning, including scaling and root planing.
• Conduct comprehensive periodontal assessments and chart findings.

• Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene best practices and preventive care.
• Assist the dentist in identifying and documenting potential areas of concern
• Providing oral hygiene education and preventive care.
• Conducting thorough oral health assessments and charting findings.

You're a Great Fit If:

• Have associate degree or bachelor's degree from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
• Have current state licensure, CPR certification and one year of clinical hygiene experience.
