Richmond Dental Care (Rusch Dental Group) is seeking a qualified Registered Dental Hygienist in Indiana to join our team and provide top-level patient care. You will screen patients, perform cleanings, and contribute to a friendly, family-oriented practice environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from CODA-certified school.
• Current Dental Hygienist licensure.
• Prefer 1–2 years of experience in dental hygiene.
• Strong HIPAA and dental safety knowledge.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and ensure comfort.
• Discuss the dental care plan with patients and answer questions.
• Prep sterilized equipment for exams and procedures.
• Take vital signs and record medical histories.
• Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories.
• Evaluate for gum disease, cavities, and infection.
• Remove plaque and apply fluoride treatments.
• Teach good oral hygiene techniques.
• Take x‑rays and IOPs.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and office policies.

Formation

Associate’s Degree from CODA-certified school

Richmond Dental Care (Rusch Dental Group)

• full time or part time available as well
• Monday-Thursday 7:30a to 4:30p (patient hours) with a lunch from 12:30p to 1:30p
• no Fridays!

You will screen patients and perform dental cleanings. The ideal candidate is state-licensed as a Registered Dental Hygienist and has at least two years of experience but would also be open to a new grad. If you’re friendly, outgoing, and committed to creating a fantastic dental experience, we want to hear from you!

• Prep sterilized equipment and make it available to the dentist for exams and procedures
• Take vital signs and accurately record medical histories
• Perform preliminary exams and collect oral health histories
• Evaluate patients for signs of gum disease, cavities, and infection
• Remove plaque and apply fluoride treatments
• Teach good oral hygiene techniques
• Take x-rays and IOPs
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and office policies

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from a school certified by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Current Dental Hygienist licensure
• Prefer 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
