Olean General Hospital is seeking a Dental Hygienist to assess patient needs, plan and deliver direct dental care, and apply established hygiene protocols. The role requires current New York licensure and hospital credentialing for Medicare/Medicaid billing.
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential as you work in the OGH Delevan Dental department, onsite with standard M-F hours. Pay and advancement are based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
Under general supervision of a qualified Dentist, assesses patient needs, and plans and delivers direct dental care and associated services to patients. Utilizes established dental hygiene protocol and procedures.
Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygienist program. Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in the State of New York. Must be credentialed per Olean General Hospital policies and procedures if billing for services under Medicare/Medicaid.
