Job summary

TetraHealth Dentistry is seeking an experienced dental hygienist to join a leading biologic practice in Greenwich, CT and Manhattan, NY. The role requires a licensed RDH with anesthesia certification and comfort with infiltrations and blocks, plus a desire to educate patients on healthier habits.

Ideal candidates are team players, able to work with a multi-specialty team, and willing to maintain a sterile environment while supporting assistants and the doctor during downtime.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist with anesthesia certificates and ability to perform infiltrations and blocks.
• Motivate and educate patients toward healthier habits; nutrition or related certs are a plus.
• Experience with Nd:YAG laser (Periolase) and Perioscopy is a plus.
• Must be personable, detail-oriented and maintain a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors and staff during downtime and maintain sterile conditions.
• Educate patients on dental hygiene and motivate commitment to care.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

• Must have hygiene license with anesthesia certificates and must be comfortable with giving infiltrations and blocks.
• Willing to motivate, educate and support patients' commit to healthier habits and lifestyle (if you have nutrition, education, or any other certifications that is a big plus).
• Skills with Nd:YAG laser (Periolase) and Perioscopy is a huge plus.
• Team player who will help assistants and doctor during any downtime and strives to maintain a sterile working environment.
• Must be very personable with patients and attentive to patient details and needs.
