Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Texas. You will provide preventive dental care, educate patients on oral hygiene, and contribute to delivering the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE) while addressing each patient’s needs and concerns.

You will maintain accurate records, stay current with dental hygiene advances, and collaborate with a supportive team. This role emphasizes compassionate care and adherence to regulations and policies.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.

Compensation Information

$40.00-$50.00 / Hourly
