Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Mukilteo, WA. You’ll deliver preventive dental care, educate patients, and support our patient-centric approach focused on delivering the Perfect Patient Experience.

You’ll maintain accurate patient records, stay current with hygiene advances, and participate in team meetings to align on goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards while embodying PDS Health’s values.
