Job summary

Confidential Dental Practice in Iowa is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our clinical team. You will provide education, perform scaling and polishing, take impressions and radiographs, and apply sealants and fluorides as part of preventive care.

We follow PPE guidelines and safety protocols; immediate fill is expected. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $38 to $43 per hour, with potential for growth based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Registered Dental Hygienist license.
• Must have a valid CPR card.
• Must be Laser certified.
• Meticulous about oral health and patient health.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental health education about tooth care and diet.
• Remove plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth.
• Take impressions and/or dental radiographs of teeth.
• Apply prophylactic/antibacterial materials, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to help prevent tooth decay.
• Carry out screening and monitoring procedures.

Job description

To be considered for our Registered Dental Hygienist position, you must:

• Be meticulous about oral health and the health of your patients

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) duties include:

• Providing dental health education about tooth care and diet
• Removing plaque and calculus by scaling and polishing teeth
• Taking impressions and/or dental radiographs of teeth
• Applying prophylactic/antibacterial materials, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to help prevent tooth decay
• Carrying out screening and monitoring procedures

Compensation

$38-$43/hour
