Our patient-centric organization is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI . You will be an essential part of our integrated care model, focusing on delivering excellence in patient care and contributing to a supportive, inter-disciplinary environment. This is a fully onsite position with standard hours of Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide dental prophylaxis (cleanings) and scaling and root planning.
  • Offer comprehensive preventive instruction to patients.
  • Establish and oversee patient recall adherence and appointing.
  • Document initial periodontal conditions and monitor them at recall appointments.
  • Report suspected pathologies to the supervising dentist.
  • Manage supply inventory and complete prior authorizations for periodontal services.
  • Compile data for reports as assigned and attend periodic continuing education seminars.
Compensation and Benefits

Pay Rate: $39/hour - $49/hour (depending on experience).

Retirement: 401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 5% of annual contributions, effective after 90 days of employment.

Requirements
  • Current Registered Dental Hygienist License (R.D.H.) in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Current CPR Certification .
  • Ability to work with a diverse patient population.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Certified in Administration of Local Anesthetic (in accordance with respective State guidelines).
  • Working knowledge of Spanish language (bilingual).
