Job summary

PDS Health in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive care, educate patients, and support a patient-centered care approach. You will work with a team to deliver the Perfect Patient Experience while addressing patients’ unique needs and concerns.

As part of the clinical team, you will maintain accurate records, stay current with hygiene best practices, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient care and education.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.

• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.

Compensation Information

$45.00-$70.00 / Hourly
