PDS Health in Texas is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive care, educate patients, and support a patient-centered PPE team. You will play a vital role in improving oral health while aligning with our patient-first culture and ongoing professional development.

You will maintain accurate records, stay current with dental hygiene advancements, and collaborate with the Owner Dentist to ensure high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.

Compensation Information

$41.00-$65.00 / Hourly
