Job summary

PDS Health is recruiting a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care, educate patients, and support a patient-centric PPE approach. You will work within a team focused on delivering excellent oral health care and compassionate patient experiences.

The role requires a Dental Hygiene degree, an active state license, and a commitment to ongoing learning and patient education.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards while embodying PDS Health’s values.

Compensation Information

$41.00-$65.00 / Hourly
