Job summary

PDS Health is hiring a Registered Dental Hygienist in Cottage Grove, Minnesota, to provide preventive dental care and educate patients with a patient-centered focus. You’ll support the Mouth Body Connection while maintaining accurate records and staying current with field advancements.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and the Mouth Body Connection.
• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory standards while embodying PDS Health’s values.
