Job summary

Dentologie’s Andersonville practice in Chicago is seeking a kind, dedicated, full-time Dental Hygienist to join our respected hygiene team. Expect a guaranteed $52–$60/hour, with a $5,000 sign-on and ongoing monthly bonuses. Benefits include PTO, mentorship, CE training, and commuter/scrub allowances.

You will schedule Mon–Fri, with Fridays ending at 3:30 pm, and support a collaborative culture using Dentrix Ascend and the latest imaging tools. IL license + Local Anesthesia required.

Qualifications

• Active IL Registered Dental Hygiene license and Local Anesthesia certification.
• Proficient in dental radiographs and intraoral scans.
• Experience providing periodontal services and chairside assisting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care and education to patients.
• Assist dentist during examinations and procedures.
• Maintain instrument prep and infection control.

Dentologie’s Andersonville practice is centrally located in one of our favorite Chicago neighborhoods—close to the lake, great shops, and Hopleaf! Come be part of something special! As a full-time member of an incredible and highly respected hygiene team with Dentologie, you can expect:

• $52-$60/hour, guaranteed!

• Day 1 Mentorship: both support and mentoring from our senior Hygiene leader(s)!
• Laser Therapy training along with other CE including CPR renewal.

• Dentologie uses Dentrix Ascend as the DPMS; the latest model of iTero scanners, Piezo scalers, intraoral cameras, Dexis sensors, and Gemini Diode lasers.
• Hu-Friedy instruments.

Hygienist Schedule:

Full-Time (flexible part-time schedule available as well).

• Monday - Friday (with Friday ending at 3:30pm)!

What We Look For:

• Active IL Registered Dental Hygiene license + Local Anesthesia certified.
• Provide patient care in all dental periodontal services in which you are licensed.
• Assist dentist chairside during examinations.
• Contribute positively to an engaging company culture.
• Prepares instruments and materials for procedures for your patients.
• Instruct patients on pre/post-operative procedures and provide oral health education.
• Proficient in obtaining dental radiographs and intra-oral scans/photos.
