Job summary

PDS Health in Cerritos, CA is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to provide preventive dental care, educate patients, and support a patient-centric approach. You’ll help build healthier smiles and contribute to the team delivering the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE).

Responsibilities include educating patients on oral hygiene and periodontal health, maintaining accurate records, and staying current with the latest hygiene techniques and technology while collaborating with the owner dentist

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dental hygiene.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient care and education.

• Provide preventive dental care aligned with the Owner Dentist clinical culture.

• Ensure patient comfort and address individual concerns.

• Stay informed about advancements in dental hygiene through ongoing training.
• Actively participate in team meetings to align on goals and improve processes.

Compensation Information
