Dental Hygienist - Boston, MA (Single Column Schedule)

At The Smilist Dental, our hygienists are trusted clinical partners who play an essential role in the patient experience. At our Boston practice, you will have the time, autonomy, technology, and team support needed to provide thoughtful care and build meaningful relationships with your patients. We understand that dental professionals can have concerns about joining a larger dental organization, including rushed appointments, double-booking, and pressure to prioritize production over care. Our Boston practice is designed to feel different. This is not a high-volume, double-booked hygiene environment. Our hygienists work from a single-column schedule, providing adequate time to listen, educate, deliver thorough care, and help each patient feel comfortable and confident in their treatment. You will experience the familiarity and collaboration of a local practice, supported by the resources and stability of The Smilist.
