Auburn Dental Care in Auburn, NE is seeking a compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team full-time. Enjoy a four-day workweek in a supportive practice focused on high-quality patient care and strong relationships with patients and staff.

Responsibilities include preventive and periodontal care, assessments, radiographs, patient education, and collaboration with the dentist to plan personalized treatments. Nebraska RDH license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Nebraska Registered Dental Hygienist license is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Friendly, dependable, and patient-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care.

Schedule

• Tuesday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek with long weekends every week!

Compensation

• $40–$45 per hour, based on experience
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care
• Perform patient assessments, charting, and digital radiographs
• Educate patients on oral health and home care techniques
• Work alongside the doctor to create personalized treatment plans
• Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards

What We're Looking For

• Active Nebraska Registered Dental Hygienist license
