El Dorado Community Health Centers seeks a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support the dentist in delivering high-quality care in a clinical setting. The role reports to the Dental Office Supervisor and collaborates with the dentist to ensure efficient patient flow and excellent patient care.

Qualified RDAs may receive a sign-on/retention bonus up to $1,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. The position offers $27.33–$34.30 per hour, with PTO and holidays as part of the benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current, valid State of California license as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
• Completion of one Board-approved RDA Pathway (RDA3/RDA4) forms.

Aufgaben

• Prepares and maintains dental instruments, supplies and equipment; prepares the operatory for the patient visit.
• Takes radiographs using conventional or digital technology with proper radiation safety.
• Assists with dental charting and emergencies; patient flow management.
• Provide four-handed dentistry; transfers instruments and supports dentist as needed.
• Sterilizes instruments and maintains infection control per OSHA/CDC/ADA standards.
