Job summary

Sealy Dental Center in Sealy, TX is seeking a full-time Registered Dental Assistant to join our family-oriented practice. You will work Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays, supporting the dentist chairside and ensuring patient comfort.

Must hold an active TX RDA license, have CPR, and bring at least 1 year of RDA experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and helps our diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant license in Texas.
• Minimum 1 year RDA experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and update patient health history
• Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies for each operatory
• Sterilize instruments per OSHA regulations
• Assist dentist chairside with four-handed dentistry
• Provide post-operative care instructions
• Assist with ordering and stocking supplies

Who You Are:

• A Registered Dental Assistant with an active RDA license in the state of Texas
• 1 year of previous RDA experience and comes to work each day with a great attitude

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 7:50am to 5pm
• On rare occasions Saturdays from 7:50am-12pm

Compensation:

$17-$18/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance
