Community Dental Partners is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to support the dentist during treatments, exams, and patient discussions. You will perform general RDA duties in collaboration with the team, focusing on quality customer service and maintaining professional relationships and a positive attitude.

The role requires Texas RDA licensing, digital x-ray/charting experience, and certifications such as sealant placement and coronal polishing where applicable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, complete digital charting and verify codes.
• Capture quality x-ray images.
• Assist dentist with a variety of treatment procedures.
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms.
• Discuss treatment options and follow-up care with patients.
• Support with appointment scheduling as needed.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain cross-contamination controls.
• Provide engaging, positive patient experiences before, during and after visits.
