Job summary

Seattle Premier Oral Surgery in Seattle, WA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to support the oral surgeon during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and maintain sterile technique. You will assist chairside, monitor patient comfort, and ensure accurate documentation of care.

The ideal candidate will have an RDA license in Washington, radiology and BLS certifications, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Qualifications

  • Registered Dental Assistant license in Washington state
  • Radiology certification required by state law
  • BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
  • Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities with good judgment and critical thinking
  • Passion for safety, attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent manual dexterity and listening skills, especially in emergencies

Required Qualifications:
  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of employment
  • Radiology certification as required by state law

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous oral surgery experience is beneficial
  • DAANCE certification is desirable

  • IV sedation or anesthesia monitoring experience is a plus
