West Coast Dental Services in San Jose, CA invites a Registered Dental Assistant to join our fast-growing practice. You will support dentists across general and specialty procedures, take and process X-rays, and uphold rigorous infection control standards while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Active California RDA license is required.
• X-ray certification (CA) is required.
• Coronal polish and sealant certification is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and OSHA compliance.
• Specialty experience (Orthodontics, Periodontics, Oral Surgery, Pediatrics) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments per OSHA standards.
• Assist dentists during general and specialty procedures.
• Take, develop, and process dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and documentation.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols.
• Manage operatory flow and support efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with front and back-office teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
