Jonathan Judd, DDS in Spokane, WA, a practice partner of Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant to join their dynamic dental team. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dental care and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. Your expertise and professionalism will contribute to the success of our practice and the overall oral health of our patients.
We offer competitive pay and benefits packages that include medical coverage, paid time off, paid holidays, and 401k . The starting hourly wage is between $20-$25/hr. depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
· Clinical Support: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures, including but not limited to, restorative, surgical, exams, and cleanings. Prepare and arrange dental instruments, materials, and medications as needed.
· Patient Care: Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring their comfort and answering any questions they may have. Obtain and record patient's dental history and vital signs and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
· Infection Control: Adhere to strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and organized clinical environment. Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, as well as maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
· Radiography: Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as per dentist's instructions. Ensure proper patient positioning and radiation safety measures are followed.
· Educational Support: Instruct patients on oral hygiene practices, post-operative care, and preventive measures. Educate patients on the importance of maintaining good oral health.
· Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, update treatment plans, and assist front office with scheduling patient appointments as needed.
Schedule: 4 days week
