Job summary

Diamond Braces is hiring a Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant at our Bethpage, NY practice. You will work alongside our orthodontists to deliver exceptional patient care, prepare treatment rooms, take X-rays and impressions, sterilize instruments, and educate patients on oral hygiene.

We value dependability, teamwork, and a commitment to growth within our technology-driven office. Starting pay is $25.00+ per hour, with an on-site schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Assistant with at least 1 year of dental experience.
• Ability to take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, and impressions.
• Knowledge of sterilization and infection-control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Take digital X-rays, intraoral scans, photos, and impressions.
• Prepare treatment rooms and orthodontic instruments.
• Sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and appliance care.
• Document clinical notes accurately.
• Fabricate Essix retainers and assist with lab procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.
