West Coast Dental Administrative Services Llc in Arcadia, CA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with current CA license and X-ray certification to join our multi-specialty practice. This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus of $1,000 and a structured onboarding program.

You’ll prepare treatment rooms, assist dentists, take X‑rays, maintain records, educate patients, and uphold OSHA standards while collaborating with front and back office teams.

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license is required.
• Current X-ray certification (CA) is required.
• Coronal polish and sealant certification.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments per OSHA standards.
• Assist dentists during general and specialty procedures (incl. ortho, oral surgery).
• Take, develop, and process dental X-rays.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols.
• Manage operatory flow and support efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with front and back-office teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience from start to finish.
• Learn new skills and assist across multiple specialties.
• Participate in mentoring programs to grow clinical expertise.
