Job summary

Precision Family Dentistry in Atwater, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our friendly team. You will support and learn under supervision, assisting in exams, radiographs, whitening, infection control, sterilization, tray setup, and material handling.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as an RDA, a valid RDA license, CPR and X-ray cert preferred, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant license required.
• 2+ years of RDA experience preferred.
• Proficient with Dentrix software and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Perform dentistry procedures, take x-rays and whitening.
• Maintain clinical infection control and sterilization.
• Setup trays and manage materials for procedures.

We are looking for an experienced RDA that would like to become part of our awesome team! The office is a modern dental practice that provides the best quality care to all our patients. This hands-on career requires a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and the ability to work with other members of the dental team and a variety of patients. The RDA will perform all dentistry procedures, x-rays, teeth whitening, clinical infection control procedures, cleaning and sterilization of instruments, tray setup and materials.

Duties and Skills

• Proven experience as Registered Dental Assistant
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations(OSHA & HIPAA)
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing & temp crowns
• Good Dentrix computer skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail
• Well-organized and reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00 - $30=After bonus & incentives

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday - Thursday and 1 Friday
