Job summary

West Coast Dental Administrative Services Llc in Monrovia, CA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for a full-time role with flexible scheduling (Monday–Saturday availability may be required). The job offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive hourly salary of $24.00 to $30.00.

You will support dentists across general and specialty procedures, take X-rays, maintain patient records, educate patients, and uphold infection control in a fast-paced, multi-office environment.

Qualifications

• California RDA license and X-ray certification required.
• Coronal polish and sealant certifications preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in orthodontics, periodontics, oral surgery or pediatrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments per OSHA standards.
• Assist dentists during general and specialty procedures.
• Take, develop, and process dental X-rays.
• Maintain patient records and charting.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols.
• Manage operatory flow and support efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with front and back-office teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Be a key part of creating a positive patient experience from start to finish.
• Take initiative to learn new skills and assist across multiple specialties.
• Participate in mentoring programs to grow clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA standards

Assist dentists during general and specialty procedures (including ortho, oral surgery, etc.)

Take, develop, and process dental X-rays

Maintain accurate patient records, charting, and documentation

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols

Manage operatory flow and support efficiency in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate with front and back-office teams to deliver exceptional patient care

Be a key part of creating a positive patient experience from start to finish

Take initiative to learn new skills and assist across multiple specialties

Participate in mentoring programs to grow your clinical expertise and advance your career

• Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
