Job summary

Gold Standard Family Dental in Odessa, Texas, an Invisalign-focused practice, is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team of dental professionals. We value a superior chairside manner and outstanding interpersonal skills to ensure a positive patient experience.

Compensation is $20-$24 per hour, based on experience. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm, with benefits including health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO after 90 days, paid holidays,

Qualifications

• Valid RDA license in Texas.
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience.
• Experience with the iTero Scanner preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of Dentrix software.
• Ideal certifications: Coronal Polishing, Nitrous Oxide Sedation, Radiology.
• Willing to learn and grow with the practice, including CE and on-the-job training.
