Job summary

Manteca Family Dentistry in Manteca, California is looking for a friendly Dental Assistant to support dentists, prepare rooms, manage patient records, and help streamline patient flow.

You will assist during procedures, take impressions, and ensure cleanliness and supply readiness. CPR/BLS and radiography certification are valued. Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, $21–$25/hour with sick time and discussed benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Driver’s license required
• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)
• Radiography certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during procedures by providing instruments and materials
• Prepare treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, and supply readiness
• Manage and update patient records, including medical histories and treatments
• Schedule appointments and streamline patient flow for efficiency
• Communicate with patients about treatment plans and post-care instructions
• Perform basic lab tasks, such as taking impressions and preparing dental materials
• Stay informed on dental terminology and procedures to support patient education

Pay

$21 - $25 per hour

Competitive salary based on experience.

Shift & Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Day shift

From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Requirements

• License & Certification: Basic life support, Driver’s license, Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Preferences

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
• Certification in radiography preferred.
