BLVD Dentistry & Orthodontics - Heights is looking for a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in Houston, TX. This full-time position requires assisting the dentist during procedures and preparing treatment areas.

Competitive pay of $23-28 per hour based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus up to $1,000 and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RDA license in Texas.
• Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.

Schedule

• Full-time
• 5-day work week
• Saturday availability is required

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures
• Assisted hygiene
• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Take dental X-rays (as certified)
• Take digital impressions
• Educate patients on procedures and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas
• Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience preferred
• Knowledge of EagleSoft dental software is preferred
• Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Ideal Certifications: Coronal Polishing, EFDA, N2O, and Radiology
