Job summary

Formica Family Dental Practice in Hemet, CA is seeking an experienced, friendly RDA to join a private practice. The role involves four-handed assisting, digital x-rays, crown design, digital & alginate impressions, and sterilization. The team emphasizes honesty, integrity, teamwork, and growth, with modern laser and digital capabilities.

The position is full-time, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-2pm (7:30am-4:30pm option). Bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• RDA license is required to apply.
• HIPAA knowledge and infection control are required.
• Dental assisting experience of 2 years is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform four-handed assisting during procedures.
• Take digital x-rays and assist with digital crown design.
• Take digital impressions and alginate impressions; create temporaries.
• Assist with crown and bridge temporaries; coronal polishing.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain room setup and breakdown.

Job description:

We are a private practice looking for an experienced, friendly RDA who learns quickly and works well with others. We moved to a beautiful building in South Hemet two years ago. We are 10 - 15 minutes from Menifee and Winchester. Our Core Values are Honesty & Integrity, Compassion, Teamwork & Collaboration, Growth & Excellence, and Gratitude.

Our office is using hard and soft tissue lasers, in-office milling and digital scanning.

Required license or certification: RDA

Job Type: Full-time Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, Fridays 8am to 2 pm. (7:30 am to 4:30 pm is an option)

Pay: $26-$29 per hour when monthly profit sharing is included

English / (Spanish a bonus)

Daily activities include four handed assisting, digital x-rays, digital crown design, digital and alginate impressions, crown and bridge temporaries, coronal polishing, sterilization, and room set up and break down. Knowledge of HIPAA and infection control required.
