Job summary

Pediatric-Dental-Associates- in Bentonville, AR is seeking a compassionate Dental Assistant to join our kid-friendly team. You will provide chairside help, take X-rays, and educate families on oral hygiene while ensuring smooth patient flow and a welcoming experience.

$15-19 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

What You'll Do

• Provide chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques
• Apply pit and fissure sealants
• Take dental X-rays as needed
• Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene
• Help ensure smooth, efficient patient flow from reception to treatment
• Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient

What We're Looking For

• Arkansas RDA and X-ray certification, or the ability to obtain certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule

32 to 37 hours per week

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Every other Friday: 7:00 AM-12:00 PM
