Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to plan and implement patient nutrition plans in a full-time role at our Houston facility. You will assess needs, educate patients and families, and support department QA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered dietitian with RD credential and state licensure.
• 3 years of clinical experience preferred; rehabilitation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Registered Clinical Dietitian is responsible for planning regular and modified diets for all ages of patients as prescribed by Medical Staff. Functions include routinely visiting patients, counseling patients with nutritional needs. Participates in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs. Assists with the maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration. Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics.
• Experience: 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred. Rehabilitation experiences a plus.
