Responsibilities

  • Serves as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with clients via phone, in person, or virtual.
  • Onboards new clients, opens new client accounts, and researches client data.
  • Processes and monitors asset transfers to ensure successful receipt.
  • Monitors cash awaiting investment and identifies opportunities to maximize returns.
  • Prepares financial reports and inputs orders and rebalances portfolios for Advisors.
  • Maintains records using CRM software and supports marketing efforts.
