Job summary

Cardiac Study Center in Gig Harbor, WA is seeking a Registered Cardiac Sonographer to support diagnostic imaging and patient care. You will perform echocardiograms, ensure high-quality image capture, and prepare reports to align with accreditation standards.

This full-time, in-office role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays, 4×10-hour shifts, and a competitive hourly wage within the stated pay range.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a approved ultrasound program per ICAEL standards.
• National certification in echocardiography (ARDMS or CCI).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiograms using established protocols and adapt techniques to patient needs.
• Prepare patients by explaining procedures, obtaining history, and ensuring comfort and safety.
• Document procedures and confirm accurate patient data in the EMR.
• Coordinate repairs with service technicians and verify functionality.
• Log completed exams, record diagnostic codes, and maintain patient records.
