Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) from an accredited institution required.

  • Apply trained skill-building, replacement-behavior, prompting, reinforcement, and behavior-reduction strategies.
  • Communicate patient progress, behavioral trends, barriers, and concerns to the Treatment Team.
  • Follow behavioral protocols consistently and promptly report safety concerns or ineffective interventions.
  • Participate in supervision, competency assessments, feedback, and fidelity reviews.
  • Recognize and elevate behavioral, clinical, or safety concerns when additional support is needed.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, nurturing, and positive living and learning environment.
  • Maintain active RBT certification and complete all required training, supervision, and competency requirements.
Additional duties may be assigned based on organizational needs and staff qualifications.
